NCF Treks to Nazareth for VBC ’11
It’s almost here! Cindy Russo and her dedicated band of merry workers are making final preparatons for Vacation Bible Camp 2011. The rush is on for volunteers, and plenty of critical positions remain open.
This year, our amazing group of VBC kids will journey to Jesus’ hometown. In Nazareth, they’ll meet Jesus’ mom, Mary, and hear what it was like for her to raise God’s very own Son. They’ll play Bible-time games, snack on traditional treats and build some incredible new friendships.
But beyond all the fun, the purpose of VBC is to glorify God by demonstrating Christ’s love in fun and engaging ways. It’s our prayer that the Gospel becomes real and relevant in these young lives.
